With a Dashboard, you can track and verify successful and failing payments. Below there are definitions of each payment status:
Executed - The transaction was successful, and the money is in the recipient’s account.
Cancelled - The sender triggered the transaction but did not complete the payment flow. Thus the funds have not been transferred. Please, contact the sender for more information.
Failed/Rejected - The transaction was declined by the sender’s bank entity. There could be various reasons for that: insufficient funds, limits on online transactions, etc.
