How to make your sales team accept payments on your behalf?

This feature allows your sales team to accept payments on your behalf and is available with business monthly and corporate plans. Please note to make your sales team accept payments on your behalf they must also have Yotta Pay installed on their phone and have their account. To invite your sales representative to your team:

  1. Open the Yotta Pay app from your Home Screen.
  2. Go to the Business tab.
  3. Click My sales team. Here you will be able to manage your sales team and see all the transactions they had on your behalf.
  4. Click Manage team members and then Invite new. In this tab, all Yotta Pay users from your contacts will be displayed.
  5. Click on the person you want to add to your team and confirm sending the request. Now your sales representative needs to accept your invitation.

To accept the invitation, your sales team representative needs to make sure that sales functionality is enabled in their Yotta Pay app:

  1. Open the Yotta Pay app from your Home Screen.
  2. Go to the Sales tab in the middle of the toolbar.
  3. The invitation will appear on the bottom of the menu.
  4. Click Accept to accept the invitation.

Once the invitation is accepted, sales representatives can receive payments on your behalf by performing the same actions as for a regular payment being received with Yotta Pay.
